Customer Experience Executive
East Grinstead
Customer Experience Executive needed for a progressive independent media group based in East Grinstead who are looking to employ a Customer Experience Executive with knowledge of Sales, Marketing, CRM systems, and google analytics with an interest in the media industry.
The successful Customer Experience Executive will want to work for this client not just because it's a great opportunity but also because they will give you a wealth of benefits including:
* Salary: £24,000 per annum
What the role entails:
Some of the main duties of the Customer Experience Executive will include:
* Ensure all new members are set up on Advance and Salesforce to ensure the finance department has all the necessary information for invoicing and chasing payment
* Contact all new customers to ensure they have all the necessary information to begin using their membership productively
* Deal with queries and claims as the first point of contact for customers; ensure follow up where they are handed on to other departments taking responsibility for their satisfactory solution
* Contribute to the customer manager's weekly report for the Delegate & Membership Sales Manager, Senior Customer Experience Executive and Publishing Director on customer service actions and processes
* Monitor member engagement with Utility Week's content via Google Analytics, Advance and Power BI and produce weekly reports for the sales, marketing and editorial teams and Publishing Director
* Ensure all new members are using the service, intervening where required
* Support the Senior Customer Experience Executive in fulfilling the agreed customer journey, for example via account management calls
* Refer leads to the wider sales team
* Keep the CRM system up to date and accurate
* Any other duty as appropriate to post holder's skills and experience

What you need to be the successful Customer Experience Executive:
* Skilled in the use of back office and CRM systems e.g. Advance, Salesforce
* Strong analytical and data skills
* Experience of marketing
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent telephone and written communication skills
* Well-developed interpersonal skills, internally and externally
* Highly motivated and able to use own initiative
