A Delay Analyst / Forensic Planner is currently required for a urgent contract position based in Central London. They will join a specialist consultancy who offer construction advice to leading names in the construction industry.
The Delay Analyst will be involved on a number of commissions for clients including leading names in the UK construction industry on projects that cover a broad range of build sectors including residential, education, commercial and healthcare to name a few.
The Delay Analyst will need to be able to demonstrate previous delay experience gained either in a main contracting or consultancy environment. They must also be proficient in the use of Asta Powerproject and have experience working on building projects in the UK.
On offer is a very competitive rate of between £60-70 per hour. They are extremely busy so they can offer a long term contract.
