Job Title: DevOps Team Lead

Job Description:

• Leading a team to develop imaginative solutions, apply creative thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure we deliver innovation to our customers
• Managing the scope and progression of project deliverables
• Providing technical leadership to the development team
• Reporting to the Project Manager
• Helping align and shape business asks around technical feasibility
• Providing local-level technical assurance over the development process and technical outputs, including providing constructive feedback on all technical outputs Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients across all levels of the organisation both internally and with the customers
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients across all levels of the organisation both internally and with the customer
• Support customer demonstrations of current change work as it is developed
• Any additional Programme related tasks assigned that are within area of expertise, competence and skill set

What we're looking for:

• Experience working in an integrated project team delivering under and Agile framework
• Experience in PL/SQL in Oracle RDBMS and/or NoSQL in MongoDB
• Experience in CI/CD Pipelines
• Experience with JavaScript and ReactJS
• Experience of Git Source Code Management
• Experience of developing in Linux environments
• Experience in AWS development
• Experience of Concourse and Maven
• Experience of Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Experience of Apache NiFi and JBoss 7
• Experience of Hibernate and Docker
• Experience in mentoring junior team members
• Appropriate Security Clearance
