Digital Marketing Manager

6 month contract - out of scope - £300-£350 per day

Description:

The Digital Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for the daily operational processes and procedures, as well as systems and infrastructure, that support our demand generation marketing programmes, lead management (end-to-end) and campaigns to deliver results. This role will work to support the management, development, execution, maintenance and continuous improvement of marketing automation functions necessary to enable the marketing team to perform in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. They are expected to work cross functionally with key marketing partners (Globally and Regionally), Global Sales Operations, key strategic third-party partners & data providers as well as the IT Group to yield desired outcomes.

The role will work to continuous improvements to data quality, generating actionable insights that enhance marketing programmes and campaigns effectiveness while developing strategies, tools and processes to increase the quality and accuracy of customer data.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and align with Sales Operations, Digital and Marketing Communications in order to design and develop optimal customer demand generation and nurture programs to drive engagement
  • Provide the framework and infrastructure to enable successful planning and design of global marketing campaigns by developing marketing program blueprints and agile project plans to meet launch dates, evaluate and assess the effectiveness of all outbound marketing programmes, define goals, metrics/KPIs and ROIs for programs
  • Provide data feedback on A/B and multivariate testing on landing pages and emails to optimize conversion marketing efforts and segment effectively.
  • Support Sales by understanding and enhancing the lead management processes and systems that manage, score and qualify prospects to ensure overall campaign effectiveness in driving new opportunities and customers
  • Participate in development and ongoing management of lead scoring and conversions to sales
  • Ensure effective data governance practices (accuracy, health and completeness) and compliance with industry regulations (GDPR/CASL) in conjunction with the Compliance Office
  • Drive improvements in data quality, including data augmentation and enrichment activities to provide meaningful insights that improve marketing performance and the customer experience
  • Develop and maintain a digital marketing operations and automation roadmap for processes and technology
  • Helps Orchestrate and educate best practices in campaign and market segmentation

Required experience:

  • Degree in Business/Commerce with marketing focus or equivalent experience
  • Digital marketing experience or related field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse audience
  • Demonstrable experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot is essential or strong transferable experience from other similar platforms for example Marketo, Eloqua
  • Experiences in working in a regulated environment and a strong understanding of best practice in data governance
  • 5 years minimum experience in a campaign role
