Digital Project Manager

Responsibilities of a Digital Project Manager:
- Manage workflow and execute the successful end-to-end delivery of all projects. From project scheduling and survey set-ups to report configuration and deliveries, you will ensure the timely and accurate execution of internal and external bookings.
- Identify new ways to improve our survey, products, and processes. You will help to ensure the smooth operations and continued improvement of the team.
- Handle all requests from internal and external stakeholders. From ad-hoc tasks and data interrogation to audience recommendations and study feasibility, you will co-ordinate your day-to-day projects with queries and requests.
- Maintain and update internal tools, training docs, and user guides. You will help to keep our administrative docs up-to-date and organised.
- Support in the training of internal teams on the product offering with a look to creating a smooth sales and execution process.
What will I bring as a Digital Project Manager?
- Honours level degree or equivalent preferred (University of Life also counts)
- 2 years' work experience managing and coordinating projects/processes (or similar) in a professional environment
- A clear and organised thinker who is not afraid of multi-tasking. Able to prioritise strategically across the globe amid conflicting demands.
- Fantastic at customer service, nothing is too much trouble for you.
- Flexible and calm, able to deal with ad-hoc or multiple requests confidently with a positive attitude.
- Technically minded and computer literate, open and eager to learn new software and applications outside of the Office suite. However, Excel competencies are a must!
- A superb communicator able to effectively liaise across teams in both written and verbal form.
- A balance between empathetic and rational about conflicting objectives and needs across several offices and products.
- Exceptional at relationship building, able to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels across cultures.
- You effortlessly inspire confidence and interest in our products across the organisation.
- Analytical, you can understand complex data quickly and can interrogate results to identify anomalies and trends.
- An innate problem solver with creative and articulate solutions during even the most stressful of times.
- Nice to have:
- Experience managing projects for survey-based research products
- Understand or have an interest in coding languages specifically Python, R, CSS
- Effective in Excel, using pivot tables, macros and complex formulae
- Accustomed to the spotlight, can present to groups and convey complex data effortlessly
- Able to speak another language(s)
