A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a professional city based consultancy that specialises in providing commercial and contractual management to construction and engineering projects across the UK. The successful candidate will be joining the senior management team and working with a driven, focused team of consultants that provide a variety of services including expert witness & expert advisory services, claims & dispute management, quantum & delay analysis, project recovery and commercial advisory services.

As a senior member within the business, you'll be working closely with the Managing Director and providing a professional, first class service to a growing client base that includes both end users and leading main contractors and consultancies within the construction industry. The role promises exposure to a variety of clients with work across the construction, civil engineering, oil and gas, marine and aviation sectors alongside the freedom to secure and deliver your own work.

Candidates considering this opportunity will only be considered if they have experience within the following areas:

• Extensive (10+ years) experience providing claims, dispute and/or expert services for a UK based consultancy
• Chartered with a professional body (CIARB, RICS, MAE etc.)
• First class communication skills
• Solid permanent work history
