Director - Build to Rent / PRS, London
We are working with a real estate business based in Central London who are in the market to appoint at Director Level a UK property experienced BTR specialist who will develop, manage, and grow the BTR/PRS function of the business.
Taking responsibility for strategies, setting targets, and budgets. They will also take responsibility of establishing their own team and identifying opportunities for growth whilst reporting directly in to the company Chairman.
We are keen to speak with those with circa 10 years of experience in portfolio management, PRS, BTR and have relevant experience of carrying out a similar role in terms of managing others, setting up processes and systems etc.
It is expected the new hire will have relationships with financial institutions and councils and have a network with lettings agents.
In return you can expect to receive a salary ranging between £100,000 and £125,000 plus bonus, pension, health care package and most important of all to take on a challenging and rewarding role with an award winning property business.
