Fault Desk Administrator / Co-ordinator


Your role will be to receive and enter faults on to the fault management systems, assigning tasks (faults) to the relevant engineers to attend and repair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry our administration tasks
  • Analyse KPI data and compile results
  • Fault handling - monitor faults and allocate engineers to repair
  • Data entry to the Fault Management Systems
  • Liaise with engineers attending to faults, ensure faults are attended to in a timely manner
  • Provide general support to engineers

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience monitoring logs (such as faults) and allocating tasks to field staff / engineers
  • Experienced in using document management systems
  • Excellent communication skills & phone manner
  • Able to multi task and prioritise work load under changing circumstances
  • Works well under pressure
  • PC literate - Microsoft excel, Microsoft Word, email and internet
