Finance Director, London
Negotiable Salary + Comp
London based Family Office are looking to appoint in to place a Finance Director with experience of working across the real estate sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Director to take on the remit during a period of growth and change, allowing their skills, knowledge and experience to be fully used and guidance.
We are actively looking to engage with Finance Directors who are capable and confident and have prior/current experience of the following:-
- Ability and understanding of restructuring and change management
- Corporate governance
- Ability to guide on tax efficiencies
- Group level budget control and act as a gatekeeper
- Deal with external auditors
- Strong reporting skills
- Treasury experience
- Guidance on best practice and offer recommendations to improve current software packages
- Tax structuring on new acquisitions
- Understanding of Capital Gains & Inheritance Tax
Working with and leading a small finance team, and making key decisions on the growth of the team when required.
