£120,000 - £150,000 + Comp
A fantastic opportunity for a real estate focused Asset Management leader to join a growing portfolio and to act as their Head of Asset Management.
Playing an important key role within the business you will be asset managing a broad mix of property types.
The role will best suit Asset Management specialists who have prior experience of asset managing various asset classes, and have sat within a leadership role.
As the Head of Asset Management, you will be involved within rent reviews, leasing, financial planning and general financing, and building relations with tenants.
We are keen to speak with those who are educated within a relevant field, ideally holding membership to RICS, and have relevant asset management experience.
