An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading residential developer as their next Head of Commercial at their offices in Berkshire. The Head of Commercial will be working closely with the regional management team and tasked with developing a small commercial team with new developments across Berkshire, West London and into the Northern Home Counties.

As the Head of Commercial, some of your key duties will include:

• Overseeing the commercial delivery of multiple projects from start to finish
• Working closely with the senior management team to promote the agreed working processes
• Support the commercial team and assist with their own development
• Manage and monitor the performance of all subcontractors and suppliers
• Liaise between the commercial team and site teams

The Head of Commercial will play a key role in the growth of the region moving forwards and as such, the role includes continuous opportunities for personal development and a competitive salary & package that includes:
