Our client - an industry leading lottery betting and online gaming firm is looking for an experienced strategic Head of CRM to manage their CRM department. This position will be critical to support the growth of the
business. We require a proven leader, with strong Marketing experience to lead this busy and growing


  • Execution of CRM Strategy
  • Working closely with senior management to define and develop the CRM strategy
  • Day to day responsibility for CRM programme
  • Developing effective cross sell activity to maximise value
  • Identifying key opportunities to enhance the player experience and improve retention rates

and profitability including cross sell opportunities

  • Monitoring of key competitor activity
  • Team management
  • Campaign optimisation
  • Internal stake holder dealing with design, product, compliance and IT teams
  • Reporting on top-level campaign KPIs and using this insight to optimise future campaigns.
  • Managing varied and multiple work streams and supporting management with related tasks.
  • Create new innovative promotional ideas and recommend enhancements to existing products
  • Manage and develop relationships across multiple departments within the company


  • A minimum of 2 years proven leadership experience
  • At least 2 years' experience in CRM, or a related discipline
  • Experienced competent user of CRM software, such as Optimove, MS Dynamics or similar
  • Extensive knowledge of automation and multi-channels
  • Strong planning and Organisation skills
  • Comfortable with Google Analytics
  • Experience of SEO
  • Experience of design, setup and the management of customer loyalty schemes
  • Ability to delivery targets at pace remaining level headed under pressure
  • Target oriented and results driven
  • Strong analytic proficiency with the ability to report accurately to the business


  • Degree educated, or with independent Marketing qualifications
  • A strong knowledge and background in eGaming
  • Working experience in a multi-product environment
