HR Administrator needed for a globally established electronics engineering company. The company has experienced significant growth in recent years and they now employ approximately 600 people. The HR Administrator will need to be confident with the recruitment process.
Tasks of the HR Administrator:
- General HR tasks
- Sending out offer letters/contracts
- Dealing with security clearance forms
- Liaising with managers and agencies
- Liaising directly with candidates
- Dealing with the on boarding process
We are looking for a HR Administrator who has relevant experience in this area and is available to start in July.
The position is based in Wimborne and the hourly rate is available for discussion at application stage. The role is initially a 6 month contract.
HR Administrator Requirements:
- Eligible to obtain security clearance
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A background in HR administration or similar
- Ideally experience working within an engineering environment
