HR Advisor
Location - Fully Remote

Brief
HR Advisor needed for a multinational Defence and Security organisation based nationwide who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded HR Advisor to support the HR Team across a range of subjects and taking full ownership and responsibility for specific activities.
What the role entails:
Some of the main duties of the HR Advisor will include:
- Manage the Work Experience programme and work closely with the Talent and Early Careers teams on co-ordination of placement students
- Acting as first point of contact for Early Careers
- Conducting Exit interviews with all leavers and providing summary analysis on attrition patterns and turnover stats
- Management of absence cases as required.
- Manage the Awards budgets, keeping track of spend and highlighting any areas to address.
- Managing all maternity and Shared Parental leave cases
- Provide support to HR Business Partners in supporting employee life-cycle events, including note taking at complex ER cases
- Responsible for first stage disciplinary and grievance cases
- Provide HR summary data and slides monthly for regular business rhythm meetings, and any other reports as required
What experience you need to be the successful HR Advisor:
- Previous experience within an HR team Methodical and high attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with people of all levels.
- Have a strong work ethic and experience of fast-paced and demanding working environments and tight deadlines. Confident self-starter, enthusiastic, pro-active, organised and flexible. Ability to priorities issues and foresee and manage potential conflicts.
- Excellent computer literacy skills, including Excel (Advanced) and PowerPoint.
- Some experience of HR databases would be useful. Ability to analyse and interpret data and present in an appropriate format
- A Team player, able to work at all levels, across international boundaries. Part CIPD qualified or studying towards preferred.
