Brief
HR Advisor needed for a global energy organisation based in Birmingham who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded HR Assistant or HR Advisor that takes pride in their work and has strong HR generalist experience preferably with CIPD Level 5 qualification. If you are a confident communicator, self motivated and an analytical thinker we would love to hear from you!
The successful candidate would desirably have 3 years HR experience and a CIPD Level 5 qualification. If you are an HR Assistant and looking to move up then this could also be the ideal role for you.

What the role entails:
Some of the main daily duties of the HR Advisor will include:
- Onboarding
- Recruitment
- Disciplinary's
- Attendance/sickness
- Reporting
- Travelling to other sites when required
What experience you need to be the successful HR Advisor:
- Preferably at least 3 years experience in HR
- Preferably a construction/energy/electrical/facilities management/water background
