Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR advice and support to employees and management on various HR matters.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
- Play a key role in talent acquisition, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure compliance and a positive work environment.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR generalist role.
- Thorough understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, regulations, ERP Systems & Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
