HR Consultant/Business Partner. Working for an award winning HR Consultancy based in Brighton. This role will work with a team of HR Consultants to deliver HR support for retained clients as well taking on ad-hoc and project basis. The team predominately works with SMEs c50-100 staff in London and across the South East. You will need to be able to advise and support the STM and Board on all people matters.
The role will be focused on generalist HR support including:-
- Employee relations
- Process improvement including systems polices and HR operations
- HR Strategy
- Recruitment and workforce planning
- Support director and board on people matters
- CIPD level 5 with a strong knowledge of employment law
- You will need the credibility and gravitas to work with business owners and MDs
- Ability to see the bigger picture whilst being able to see the issues in the detail
- You must be able to build relationships quickly
