HR Manager, Coventry. This is an exciting new opportunity to join a successful business who will be opening a new regional hub in the Coventry area. This role will be involved in the setting up HR for of the new site with additional reasonability for staff who operate out of local regional distribution centers across the midlands area, so some regional travel will be required. You will be implementing current HR processes, procedures and policies locally.
The role will report to the Group Head of HR and have responsibility for:-
- Recruitment/ Resourcing Planning
- Attendance and Turnover
- Employee Relations
- Policies and Procedures
- L&D and Health & Safety
This role would suit a true generalist who would enjoy the rewards and challenges of working on new site and being part of growing business who are at an exciting time in their evolution.
Ideally you will be CIPD 7 level qualified.
