The Human Factors (HF) team sits within Product Development & Engineering and is regarded as a critical link in the companies capability to offer end to end innovation, proof of concept, prototyping and later stage development/product lifecycle services.
Working with a diverse range of clients that span Medical Devices / Life Sciences, FMCG, consumer electronics and many more industry verticals, the Human Factors team supports a wide client base with their product development activities.
What we're looking for
Due to an exciting growth in our Medical Device and diagnostic client-base, we are looking for a Human Factors specialist that has a firm grasp of product development within highly regulated industries. This is a great opportunity to join at a technical level and help deliver multi-stage projects.
You should be able to blend the qualities of being a Human Factors subject matter expert, project management and client facing skills. In summary you should want to be both hands-on technical and have a project delivery focus.
This role would suit someone already working in a consultancy environment and is looking for their next step up the seniority ladder and is ready and eager to work for a larger organisation that works on larger, more strategic client projects.
Alongside that we would also be interested in speaking to candidates that have direct experience in Human Factors and project development from within the medical device or Dx industry who feel consultancy is the next logical career move, support and mentoring is available !
