Investment Analyst - European Real Estate

Investment Analyst required to join a leading dynamic real estate investment team with multi-billion of AUM across the globe. The Investment Analyst will work within a team of real estate investment professionals who engage across a broad mix of investment opportunity including portfolios of hotels, offices, and retail.

It is expected due to the European coverage that you will have the ability to converse in additional languages with a preference for Analysts who can speak in German, French or Danish.

The responsibilities of the Investment Analyst will include:

• Evaluating and executing investments across opportunistic equity and distressed / turn-around acquisitions across Europe
• Generating new investment strategies and ideas
• Creating financial models and conducting market research
• Preparing memoranda
• Managing third-party due diligence processes

The required experience the successful Investment Analyst should have:

• 2 years' experience in a similar role
• a strong academic record
• Advanced language skills
