INVESTMENT ANALYST, LONDON
c£50,000 - c£70,000 + Bonus
Our client who is an investor / developer are currently experiencing a period of growth and are keen to appoint an experienced Analyst to sit within their London team.
As an Analyst you will be responsible for and involved within:
Supporting real estate acquisitions and development activities.
Completing analysis for multi-risk and sector pipeline projects.
Carrying out analysis and assessment of development portfolio opportunities through financial modelling.
Performing risk assessments and profitability analysis as well as sensitivities on potential real estate investments.
Analysis and evaluation of operational, financial, market and statistical data related to projects.
Developing financial models for calculating returns.
Assist in origination and managing third party debt finance packages including compliance with debt covenants and investment level cash flow.
Preparation of detailed development budgets and business plans in conjunction with other external consultants.
Assist in managing external development managers, project managers and other third party service providers during design, construction and asset management of development projects.
What we are looking for:
Experience of working in a leading Real Estate advisory firm, investment bank or private equity fund.
Degree in Real Estate Finance or related subject.
Demonstrated experience in real estate, finance and asset management across the mixed use of residential, commercial and hospitality asset classes, and ideally included financial underwriting, real estate negotiation and cash flow modelling experience.
Strong quantitative and technical/computer skills for processing the required data.
