2nd Line Desktop / Service Desk Support Engineer needed for my MSP client to work onsite with their healthcare customer in Crawley.
The successful 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer will want to work for this client not just because it's a great opportunity but also because they will give you a wealth of benefits including:

Some of the main duties of the 2nd Line Desktop / Service Desk Support Engineer will include:
- Working as an onsite Analyst at a prestigious client in the medical sector in Crawley
- Part of the onsite support team alongside a junior support engineer and IT Manager
- Help mentor Junior IT colleague
- Supporting approx. 250 users
- Remote support of 5 other sites (clean driving license required for small number of visits)
- Valid passport for limited visits to Europe
- Proven strong 2nd line and deskside support skills
- Experience in supporting a corporate environment
- Friendly and approachable manor
- Able to communicate with ALL levels of the business and user base
- Customer focused with a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Flexible and proactive

- Supporting a mix of office and field-based staff

In order to be the successful 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer and have a chance to gain such an exciting opportunity you will ideally need to have the following skills:
