You will be responsible for the maintenance of the IT infrastructure across site, providing 1st to 3rd line support for all userbase and guests, meeting customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands, working with members of the Information Systems department, to resolve any hardware and software issues that may arise and contributing to the planning and upgrades of the estate.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Provide first-line technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot IT-related problems, ensuring minimal downtime.
• System Maintenance: Maintain and update hardware, software, and network systems to ensure optimal performance.
• User Training: Educate employees on IT best practices and assist with technology-related inquiries.
• Security: Monitor and enforce IT security protocols to safeguard company data and assets.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT inventory, configurations, and support activities.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with IT team members and external vendors to implement IT projects and initiatives.

Requirements:
