Lead Commercial Manager
£85,000 to £100,000 + package
I have an opportunity for an Lead Commercial Manager to join one of Europe's leading main contractors on a specialist manufacturing plant new build in the Netherlands. As the Lead Commercial Manager, you'll be joining the site based team and, alongside a small team of surveyors of varying abilities tasked with delivering this complex project which will utilise the industries leading technologies & processes.
Working with the Commercial Director, The Lead Commercial Manager will be taking responsibility for the pre & post contract commercial delivery of the project whilst working closely with the client, stakeholders, external consultants, subcontractors & suppliers. You'll be instrumental throughout the 2 year programme with some of your duties including procurement, subcontract management, cost reporting, running progress meetings and providing advice and guidance to the rest of the project team. You'll also be acting as a mentor to others in on the project, both within the commercial team and project delivery teams.
The successful Lead Commercial Manager can expect to be offered a role that includes exposure to a complex, major project for a leading name within their field.
