A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lead Planning Engineer to join am award winning developer to oversee the planning on their major developments in London. They will join a highly regarded name in the residential market, a cash rich business who have a pipeline of very exciting projects in London.
The Lead Planning Engineer will work closely with the Construction Director and Project Directors and be responsible for contract planning for a couple of their major projects which are large mixed developments comprising of 500-1000 residential units, residential towers, commercial office space along with leisure facilities and retail space.
The Lead Planning Engineer will play a key role in the delivery of the projects, they will be responsible for managing the construction programmes in Asta Powerprject and ensuring the programme is communicated effectively to the site team.
The Lead Planning Engineer will need to be able demonstrate a strong site based planning background which has been gained within either a main contracting or developer environment. They will need to have experience planning major city center residential / mixed use developments, a solid understanding of the construction process and techniques along with advanced Asta Powerproject planning software skills.
Candidate
- Solid site based construction planning experience.
- Must have residential / mixed use experience which has been gained within a main contracting or developer environment.
- Good understanding of the constriction process and techniques.
- Advanced user of Asta Powerproject
- First class communication skills
