M&A Executive
£75,000 - £100,000 plus bonus (up to 200%)
M&A Executive required by a corporate financial advisory in London who are experiencing a period of growth. The M&A Executive will need to have experience of working across the TMT space, ideally having gained this experience from a mid-market investment bank.
As an M&A Executive you will possess excellent analytical skills, professional communication skills, and highly motivated to succeed. This role will suit those who are keen to join a team with a superb track record and strong deal pipeline. Less time spent putting together pitch decks and spending more time closer to the deal.
Some typical duties of the M&A Executive will include:
- Take on varied responsibilities on behalf of client, covering both deals and projects
- Leading on managing transactions and executing investment banking processes (valuation analysis, putting together financial models, due diligence and research).
- Assess the impact of transactions on client financial results and capital structures.
The required experience of the M&A Executive is:
- be educated to a high standard with consistent high achievements during your studies.
- be naturally detail oriented with a "can-do" attitude
- have excellent analytical, general mathematical and valuation skills.
On offer will be a competitive and negotiable salary as well as a sliding scale bonus which is paid out on a deal-by-deal basis and not simply paid out annually.
