An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor delivering a fast paced, high volume contract covering Berkshire and the surrounding areas. The Managing Quantity Surveyor will responsible for developing a small team of surveyors and supporting the operational teams across a number of contracts within the South East. Your main focus will be to ensure each contract is being delivered effectively within the contractual terms and ensuring that the commercial performance of the contract is maximised.
The successful Managing Quantity Surveyor will be given the autonomy to run the contract your way. You'll have yearly pay & performance reviews, regular contact with the client and the support of an approachable and friendly senior management team. You'll also be given a competitive salary & package that includes:
- Starting salary of £68,000 to £72,000
- £6,000 car/travel allowance
