I have an opportunity for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join a large main contractor at their smart offices in North London. The Managing Quantity Surveyor will be joining a growing part of the business and given the opportunity to create a new commercial team to aid with a growing pipeline of work across London & the South East.

As the Managing Quantity Surveyor, you & your team will be working on a number of new builds & major refurbishments valued up to £35m. Some of their upcoming & secured projects include a new build 9 storey residential scheme, part new build/part refurbishment for a residential framework and new developments in Streatham, Wimbledon, Barking and High Wycombe. Your duties will include pre & post contract management, typically on projects procured under the JCT suite of contracts. As the team lead, you'll also be responsible for the development and mentoring of your team which will include a combination of Assistant, Project & Senior level Quantity Surveyors.

The successful Managing Quantity Surveyor will be given a platform that includes realistic and rapid progression to Commercial Manager and beyond, support to get chartered through the APC, a professional working environment that includes onsite parking, the autonomy to run your own projects and a competitive salary & package that includes:
