A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Managing Quantity Surveyor with strong construction new build experience to join a leading main contractor at their offices in NW London. This great opportunity promises exposure to large construction projects across the education, healthcare, commercial, leisure and residential sectors where project costs often exceed £50m. You'll also have the opportunity to work closely with the regions leadership team as they look to continue their growth plans for this office.

Alongside the normal commercial duties associated with delivering a construction project, the Managing Quantity Surveyor will also be working closely with the Commercial Director, assisting with the development of the team, securing new work and maximising the opportunities on offer from their established client base.

The successful Managing Quantity Surveyor will need to have experience that includes:

• 5+ years of main contracting experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the UK
• Excellent contract knowledge (JCT/NEC)
• First class communication skills
• A driven & motivated attitude
