A boutique real estate focused finance firm are looking to attract to the business someone with strong marketing skills.

The role will involve managing the delivery of content for a range of marketing channels that will raise awareness of overall business activity and performance.
Deal with the product specific industry press and have or be able to make connections which enable positive traction in the respective sectors the businesses operate in.
Develop compelling written content for the media including press releases and media statements.
Ability to interpret stakeholder requirements and convert into marketing content that can be understood by relevant audiences.
Work with stakeholders to develop a clear and transparent message that has a common vision in aesthetic, copy, tone and relevancy.
Own the look and feel of social channels, creating, scheduling and posting content.
Support the design and development of presentations and promotional materials.
Strong understanding of all forms of social media and the ability and creativity to execute effective strategies.
Understand and stay up to date with the wider environment that the business is operating within, advising the business as required.

What we are looking for:

• Prior experience working in a Marketing role from within a Financial Services firm.
• Proven content and copywriting skills with strong commercial / marketing sensibility.
• Critical eye for detail with a high level of both verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated nature with the ability to work under pressure.
• Educated to degree level.
