Marketing Manager needed for a multinational Medical Devices organisation based in Gatwick. This is an exciting role for someone with experience and a sound knowledge of large capital products, solutions and services. As Marketing Manager, you will be skilled at producing and delivering highly polished, compelling and professional presentations.

The successful candidate would desirably have a bachelor's degree (clinical, technical or business oriented) or equivalent knowledge acquired through business experience.

What the Marketing Manager role entails:

Some of the main duties of the Marketing Manager will include:

• Differentiate our service and education offerings by creating campaigns, marketing collateral and sales tools to support service revenue generation across the organization
• Ensure continuous and detailed information sharing between all other regions to ensure consistent best practices within Region Europe and globally.

Authorities -

• Sales and Marketing Support, including interlocks with Global and Regional sales teams
• Champion services sales and upgrades business internally & externally
• Drive efficiency programs identified by self or others within business

What experience you need to be the successful Marketing Manager:

• Solid knowledge and experience of the medical devices and/or service industry, experience in service marketing is preferred
• Understanding data and analytics in healthcare field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for product demonstration, sales training and support.
• Team player at all levels with strong interpersonal skills
• High energy and drive with ability to work independently and balance intense short-term pressures with long-term goals.
• Fluent in English with good multicultural experience and skills (preferably within Europe markets). Other European languages are advantageous.
