Brief

• Develop multimedia course content from instructional design scripts.
• Develop innovative and engaging course content using adobe captivate.
• Produce graphics and other multimedia content utilising adobe suite products.
• Design multimedia content to be utilised in an AR/VR environment.

What the role entails:

Some of the main duties of the Multimedia Training Developer will include:

• Proven experience in the design and development of eLearning courses in adobe captivate.
• Experience in developing 3D graphics, animations and editing video content in the adobe suite.
• Experience in developing instructor led training.
• Experience in delivering AR/VR training.

What experience you need to be the successful Multimedia Training Developer:

• Experience of working in a defence environment.
• Knowledge of Defence System Training Quality Processes
• Capable of building and maintaining customer relationships and debating technical issues with both Customer and Accreditor

Adobe Captivate and development of e-learning is the critical skill set here, all others are secondary to finding someone who is strong with Adobe Captivate.
