An Office Administrator / Researcher is needed to support a busy recruitment office.

The role itself has some distinct advantages for the right person looking to grow a diverse skill set and make a difference ensuring the smooth running of the sales support function.

The successful Office Administrator / Researcher will get the following benefits:

  • Salary between £16,000 - £21,000 (Depending upon experience)

You will initially be working on a variety of area's that will include: Admin, Compliance/Contracts and Operations.

You will assist the Business Support Manager in achieving a number of key projects across the business that are critical in helping move the business forward from behind the scenes and supporting the large sales force.

Office Administrator / Researcher will be involved in key duties that include, but are not limited to:

  • All contract preparation and management
  • Maintenance of all contractor files and contractor records
  • Chasing contractors and clients for documentation
  • Producing information to add to the intranet i.e sales meeting notes and charts
  • Updating and maintenance of the company intranet and website
  • Facilitator of incentives and charts and management of awards and prizes
  • Assist in the collation of information in regards to Tenders and RFIs
  • Production of Sales Packs/Brochures for client meetings
  • Production and maintenance of termination forms for contractors
  • Production of KPI reports and any ad hoc statistics as required
  • Analytics & Research
  • Any Ad hoc duty or administration as the business requires in any areas of the business whether sales related, facilities management or operational or other.

For the right Office Administrator / Researcher there is room to develop skills in different areas in addition to those above which include but are not limited to: SEO / Marketing including content writing, E-mail marketing.

The successful Office Administrator / Researcher will currently have knowledge that includes:

  • Experience in Office administration
  • Strong Excel skills including making/working with Pivot charts, Formula's, Tables
  • Strong Power point skills
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • Ability to analyse data
  • Able to remain calm and effective in all situations
  • Completer/finisher with high levels of written accuracy
