On-Site AV Engineer (Contract - Inside IR35)

Location: Central London (On-Site)
Contract: 6 Months - Inside IR35
Day Rate: £300-£350 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate

We're looking for an experienced On-Site AV Engineer to join a prestigious international law firm based in Central London on an initial 6-month contract.

Working as part of the on-site AV support team, you'll be responsible for delivering a first-class service across meeting rooms, boardrooms and event spaces, ensuring all audio visual technology is fully operational and meetings run seamlessly. This is a client-facing role, so excellent communication skills and a professional approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day AV support across meeting rooms, boardrooms and collaboration spaces.
• Set up, test and support audio visual equipment for meetings, presentations and events.
• Support Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom and Webex video conferencing systems.
• Diagnose and resolve AV faults, escalating issues where appropriate.
• Carry out daily room checks and preventative maintenance.
• Deliver VIP and executive meeting support to the highest standard.
• Maintain accurate service records and update support tickets.
• Work closely with the client and wider technical teams to ensure an exceptional user experience.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience working as an On-Site AV Engineer within a corporate environment.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom and Webex.
• Knowledge of Crestron and/or Extron control systems.
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional, organised and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Experience within a legal or financial services environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
