Parts Manager, Eastbourne (East Sussex)

Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 + Pension

To oversee and control all stock requirements on behalf of a manufacturer in Eastbourne, reporting in to the Warehouse Manager.

Duties:

Oversee and organise stock production requirements.

Purchasing of products.

Inventory and management control.

Introduction, implement, adapt current stock control system and procedures.

Accept and receipt goods-in on a daily basis.

Locate and allocate goods-in according to company procedure.

Liaise with all relevant departments on deliveries and planning of goods-in.

Advise on stock shortages and incorrect supply from manufactures.

Create and maintain department K.P.I's.

Ensure goods received meet the expected criteria for quality, quantity and product requirements.

Manage a stores team and identify areas for improvement.

Provide mentoring and regular team reviews.

Ensure all Health & Safety Regulations are abided to.

Implement change as required by the Warehouse Manager

Year End Stock Audits.

Requirement:

3+ years of large quantity of items and stock management.

Fork Lift license.

Mentoring and experience training staff.

High volume parts experience.
