I am currently recruiting a Payroll and Credit Control Assistant for a well establish business based in East Grinstead.
Hours 20 per week over 4-5days
Salary £25,000 pro rata
- Software used - Accord by Business Solutions but moving to Sage Payroll April 2019.
- Client Payroll for approx. 110 clients (weekly, monthly and annual)
- Calculation of payrolls including New Starters, Leavers, SMP, SSP etc
- Dealing with client queries
- RTI reports - creation and submission
- Automatic Enrolment - start to finish including setting up of NEST accounts
- Setting up new clients / PAYE schemes
- Closing PAYE schemes
- Run reports and send out Client Statements
- Compile letters and e-mails to chase clients for payments
- Produce spreadsheets with debtor information
- Take payments over the telephone
- Update spreadsheet/ client software
- Daily Banking/petty cash
- General Office duties - including telephone queries
The ideal candidate should have plus 1 years' experience within Payroll and have strong customer service skills.
