An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Planning Engineer to join the growing Project Controls Division of an award winning Construction Consultancy. The Planning Engineer will join an established business who provide their clients with a range of construction services and advice on technically challenging and high profile projects.
The Planning Engineer will work closely with a key client of theirs, a major multi-national chemical organization. They will provide them with planning and projects services, they will be responsible for running an integrated schedule of all design, procurement, construction/ installation and commissioning elements on this 3 year scheme.
The Planning Engineer will split their time between their London HQ (when permitted), homeworking and the client office one a week in Hertfordshire. The Planning Engineer will be provided with support from senior management team and a clear route to develop their career.
The Planning Engineer will need to be capable of grabbing hold of a large schedule and running it fairly independently. They will ideally have previous experience as a Planning Engineer in a process engineering sector. In addition they must possess strong client facing skills and be proficient users of Primavera P6 planning software.
