An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Planning Engineer to join one of the UK's leading main contractors delivering a high profile, high value residential redevelopment and regeneration programme in Birmingham. The Planning Engineer will be site based and working closely with an experienced team and taking responsibility for a large part of the development spanning the next 3 years.
The Planning Engineer will be responsible for managing the construction programme, working closely with the Project Manager and ensuring programme is communicated to the site team.

To be considered you will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience.
- Hold a construction related qualification - HNC/HND/Degree
- Site based construction planning experience gained within a main contracting environment
- Solid understanding of the construction process and techniques
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in the use of main planning software packages
