Planning Engineer

A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Planning Engineer to join a leading main contractor based in Birmingham. They will join an infrastructure specialist, an award winning contractor who have an unrivalled track record in delivering cutting edge infrastructure projects across the UK.

The Planning Engineer will join their busy team based in Birmingham. They will join an experienced team responsible for delivering an exciting portfolio of projects across the Civils, Rail and Engineering projects across the Midlands. The Planning Engineer will be site based and be responsible for working closely with the Project Managers, managing the construction programme in Primavera P6 and ensuring it is communicated effectively to the site team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a forward thinking company that will offer set career development plan.

Candidate

• Hold a construction related qualification - Degree / HNC / HND
• Good understanding and experience of Civil Engineering projects
• Main contracting background
• Strong site based planning experience
• Proficient user of Primavera P6
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Ambitious and career driven
