PMO Analyst needed on a contract basis for my market leading client based in Cheshire who are searching for a PMO Analyst who has a strong knowledge of Oracle (ideally Oracle Fusion / Oracle eBusiness Suite / Oracle Financial), Prince2 (Project Management Methodologies), Microsoft Office, Project Administration Experience, Administration of Complex IT Projects, and more.


The client offers:

  • Daily Rate between £300 - 330 Per Day
  • 12 Month Contract + Potential Extension


This is a brilliant opportunity for a PMO Analyst to secure a long term contract role covering Administration within the PMO Office covering Oracle Fusion / Oracle Financial (eBusiness). The client is looking for someone as a minimum of 12 Months with the high chance of extending further.


The successful PMO Analyst will have experience including:

  • Oracle Fusion / Oracle Financial
  • Prince2 / Project Management Methodologies
  • ITIL
  • 3 - 5 Years experience working within a similar position
  • Project Administration Experience (Including complex IT Projects)
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability to write / summarise messages, prepare notes / presentations with the Project Manager
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to prepare high quality documentation in relation to the key Project Management areas


The successful PMO Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Arranging project meetings and managing the logistics
  • Track status of project deliverables
  • Document meetings for key project meetings
  • Assist with gathering programme / project documents (including budget updates, work stream update reports, change requests and project plans)
  • Assist the Project Manager in the production / maintenance of key project artefacts (risk logs, issue logs, project plans, milestone plans, project closure reports, decision papers, change requests)
  • Support project audits
  • Track / register / report holiday plans for the project team
  • Act as the single point of contact for the project (administering access requests, on boarding, assisting with general project queries, requests for project documents/information)
  • Gather data about project progress (reports, presentation, templates as required for the project)
  • Approve Time sheets for contract staff
  • Raise invoices / requisitions / POs
  • Support the Project Manager with collation / assessment of project budget data
  • Management of project artefacts - ensuring all project documentation is up to date / uploaded on time
  • Adherence to PMO and project governance structures / methodologies
