Senior Portfolio Manager
Fund Manager based in Central London are looking to hire a Portfolio Manager to lead the Asset Management team on Asset Backed Income Funds, reporting in to the Lead Fund Manager.
- The role will involve taking responsibility for the monitoring and management of an existing portfolio of debt investments with (asset value of over c£500m for an existing listed debt fund).
- Produce monthly, quarterly and annual internal reporting of the performance of the investments.
- Management of change process for the investments including amendments, waivers and consents.
- Implement performance enhancements that improves the value and/or security of the investments.
- Management of the portfolio team including oversight of the Portfolio Manager and Portfolio Administrator responsibilities.
Experience required:
- Circa 5 + years of asset management from a structuring, legal, financial and management perspective.
- Expertise in loan monitoring.
- Ability to understand and review investment documentation including loan documents, and security documents.
- Management of due diligence advisers, auditors, company secretaries and valuation agents.
- Financial modelling skills.
- Experience of managing a team (small/medium size).
