Brief
PPC Account Manager needed for a highly successful digital performance marketing agency in Surrey who are looking to employ an experienced PPC Account Manager. Ideally, a successful candidate will be excited to work in a fast-paced start-up culture, and deeply understand the requirements to effectively scale and build a growth-driven company.

Main Responsibilities:
- Launching and optimizing PPC campaigns in accordance with best practises.
- Managing the paid media campaigns for multiple small businesses.
- Monitoring budgets and overseeing search platform accounts.
- Tracking KPIs and producing useful reports for clients & stakeholders.
- Regularly auditing and finding areas for improvement and efficiency in paid media campaigns.
- Developing an understanding of the user journey in order to guide, educate and maximise user activations (getting a user online for the first time or reactivating an old campaign).
- Responding to user questions and ensuring customer success primarily through live in-app chat, however also video chat and/or phone calls as appropriate.
- Working with the marketing functions to create content that measurably improves customer success and engagement.
- Reporting on user activation metrics and developing and implementing strategies to improve them.
- Working closely with partners at Google/Microsoft & Facebook to implement best practises, new features and initiatives at scale.
KPIs:
- Manage a portfolio of 100 SMBs
- Contribute to quarterly growth targets
- Achieve quarterly retention targets
- Contribute to account/campaign performance targets
Requirements
- Must have 1+ years Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics experience
- Have a client first attitude and love to engage prospective new users for account expansion
- Work with a strong sense of urgency, which translates into high daily activity
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Excellent organizational skills, and an ability to manage a broad portfolio of projects simultaneously
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and a solutions-oriented approach
- You're iterative and a rigorous experimenter and back your hypotheses with data
- Travel to office once a month.
Desirable
- You have excellent working knowledge of Google Analytics or other analytics platforms.
- Facebook Ads experience
- One year's experience working with digital clients across multiple channels across both execution/management and communication.
