We have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Human Factors Consultant that wants to make the difference in human health by providing Human Factors services in the medical devices sector.

Our clients Design and Engineering team, based in Herts, is a mix of some of the smartest Scientists, Data Specialists, Software Developers and Engineers around. They support clients across a wide range of industry sectors to innovate and help to bring exciting and impactful products to market.

The Human Factors capability forms a critical part of the Industrial Design function and serves as a link between human psychology, design and engineering. They work across a diverse range of industry sectors (transport, healthcare, life science, medical devices) which uniquely allows to cross pollinate solutions and learnings.

As part of this years plan, the team is looking for an experienced Human Factors specialist to lead projects and serve as a proven technical knowledge resource for the team.

What we're looking for

The ideal candidate will have direct experience driving Human Factos activities in a product development process within the regulated environments of Medical Devices.

This is a client-focused role, so travel, some international, should be expected and welcomed, as the ideal candidate will be driven by being customer-orientated. Constructing workshops, evaluation sessions and presentations should feel natural to this candidate and they should have credibility in these settings.
