Brief
Product Owner needed for a leading medical devices organisation based in the Crawley area who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Product Owner that takes pride in their work.
The successful Product Owner would desirably be educated to degree level, or equivalent professional/vocational qualification. Experience wise, we desire a candidate who has a proven background within product ownership who can lead the future vision for our current and next generation of Control Systems on our cutting edge medical devices.
If you have previous experience of medical devices (or other regulated/safety critical disciplines) that would be a significant advantage!
We are happy to talk flexible working, although an on-site presence will be required for this role.
What the role of the Product Owner entails:
The position involves maximising the value of the development stages created by our scrum team, providing a clear vision of the product and liaising with stakeholders, supporting their vision and strategy. Technologies include C/C++, C#/.Net, SQL, Real Time Applications on an embedded platform. Design quality is key in this safety critical solution.
What experience you need to be the successful Product Owner:
- Degree in an engineering or scientific discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English with clear communication skills.
- Structured and professional approach to engineering.
- Understanding and experience of Agile & Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication skills.
- Effective problem solving.
