Brief
Product Owner or Business Analyst needed for a global organisation based in Leeds who are looking to employ a creative, ambitious, motivated person that takes pride in their work with an understanding and interest in Smart Building and sustainable energy. If you are entrepreneurial with innovative thinking, have the ability to multi task with optimism, ability to motivate self and other, we would love to hear from you!
The successful candidate would desirably have a degree or industry equivalent qualification, excellent operational and data analysis skills, an understanding of service and product design, strong people lead management skills and hold business acumen. A self-starter with resilience and energy is what we are looking for!
What the role entails:
Some of the main duties of the Product Owner will include:
- Lead and coordinate the articulation of requirements to support the ongoing development and production of the product
- Collate and define new and existing product concepts and features
- Create and maintain an effective analysis and design process
- Support the evolution of the sales delivery process
- Build sound business case proposals for new products and features
- Create and own project plans
What experience you need to be the successful Product Owner:
- Excellent business analysis and process/operational design skills
- Strong experience of governance, risk management, controls and compliance requirements
- A strong desire to learn, to effect and drive change, and grow a team
- A knowledge of smart buildings would be a plus!
