Product owner / Business Analyst needed for a leading organisation based in Tunbridge Wells who are looking to employ an experienced Product owner / Business Analyst with an in-depth knowledge of business analysis, capturing business requirements (eliciting, writing, and managing) use cases, data flows, process modelling and change objectives throughout the project life cycle.

Some of the main duties of the Product owner / Business Analyst will include:

* Provide expert business analysis knowledge and services to projects and programmes to support and enable business change and transformation activities.
* Carry out stakeholder analysis to identify and assess all stakeholders and impacts
* Support and aid senior business managers in making decisions regarding business change, innovation & transformation.
* Responsible for facilitating the identification, documentation, and quality assurance of business requirements (eliciting, writing, and managing) use cases, data flows, process modelling and change objectives throughout the project life cycle.
* Contribute to solution design taking target environment and existing solutions into account.
* Be the primary point of contact to lead client discussions with regard to Ignite enhancements and innovation.
* Highlight and recommend areas within business process streams that could be improved, both in terms of quality and effectiveness

What you need to be the successful Product owner / Business Analyst:

* Formal BA/PM Qualifications or equivalent experience
* Experience in delivering projects through recognised Project Management methodology
* Ability to translate complex business processes
* Experience of capturing and documenting customer journeys
* Experience of recommending improvements to UX
* An expert in illustrating business and technical process using techniques such as BPMN2 and UML
* Experience in using data to build and illustrate engaging reporting and dashboards
* Understanding of data visualisation tools like PowerBI
