Programme Manager needed for a leading organisation based in Sutton, Surrey, who are looking to employ an experienced Programme Manager to lead IT-driven business change with an in-depth knowledge of leading and managing technology-led change, analysis, Agile and technology adoption

The successful Programme Manager will want to work for this client not just because it's a great opportunity but also because they will give you a wealth of benefits including:

Some of the main duties of the Programme Manager will include:

* Lead internal and outsourced Technology projects
* Engage with business managers to drive the change agenda
* Lead and run one or multiple change programmes
* Advise, coach, manage and mentor team members
* Support business managers in business case build, providing the required analysis and business case benefits methodology & justification support
* Continuously manage proposed changes in project scope, identifying and taking the appropriate actions
* Pro-actively manage stakeholders throughout the change cycle

In order to be the successful Programme Manager and have a chance to gain such an exciting opportunity you will ideally need to have the following:

* Expertise in initiating, leading and managing technology-led change and technology adoption
* Expertise in change management methods and their application
* Proven business transformation and change management delivery track record
* Agile IT management and Agile IT project delivery
* Strong relationship & stakeholder management skills
* Proven track record leading change on an individual, team and organisational level
* Highly skilled in coaching and developing others
* Ability to create business cases
* Experience of risk & issue management
* Recognised project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, AGILE or SCRUM)
* Demonstrated experience in team management and leadership
* Expertise in standard project management software, such as MS Project & Visio.
* Experience of working within software development life cycles (SDLC)
