£25,000 to £32,000 + package (12 month fixed term contract)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Administrator to join an established main contractor at their offices in Croydon. The Document Controller will be joining the companies project support team and providing document control to a growing list of projects for both private and public sector clients, often with build costs of between £2m and £10m.

The Project Administrator will be providing effective and timely document control to the project team which includes Quantity Surveyors, Project Manager and a small in house design team. Some of your key duties will include:

• General project administrator
• Document control
• Materials purchasing
• Answering the telephone
• Organising couriers
• Answering the front door and greeting visitors
• Assisting the Manuals coordinator
• Assisting the Pre-Construction Team

Project Administrators considering this position will need to live within a reasonable commute of my clients offices between Croydon & Purley and have previous experience as a Project Administrator or Document Controller within the construction sector. You'll need excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the Microsoft Office package and be driven and keen to learn.

The successful Project Administrator can expect a generous salary & package that includes:

• Starting salary of £25,000 to £30,000
