Brief
Project Coordinator needed for a highly reputable IT & Telecoms solutions organisation based in East Sussex who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Project Coordinator that takes pride in their work with knowledge of SIP/VOIP and the IT & Telecoms industry.
The successful candidate would desirably have a relevant degree or equivalent professional experience and have a keen interest in voice & data. If you have experience in a similar previous role that would be a plus!
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
What the role entails:
Some of the main duties of the Project Coordinator will include:
- Liaising with various 3rd parties to obtain updates and progress on orders
- Placing orders with various suppliers to meet customer requirements
- Collaborating with our Telecoms team on projects
- Ensure all the correct equipment and information is to hand for upcoming projects
- Regular contact with customers via telephone and email
- Creating workflows
- Inputting accurate and up to date information on our internal CRM to ensure products ordered are maintained and delivered correctly
What experience you need to be the successful Project Coordinator:
- Has dealt with SIP/VOIP and has an understanding of the IT & Telecoms
- Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail and analytical skills
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Resilient with a positive mind-set

- Capable of working well under pressure
