Project Manager needed for a leading organisation based near Maidstone, Kent, who are looking to employ an experienced Project Manager to deliver a variety of Projects across the full lifecycle with an in-depth knowledge of planning, management and delivery of business change projects with demonstrable experience of working with Prince 2, MS Project, Agile & Waterfall methodologies

Some of the main duties of the Project Manager will include:

* Utilise recognised project management methodologies e.g. Prince 2, MS Project, to ensure that the projects are delivered effectively to agreed deadlines
* Engage with appropriate stakeholders
* Oversee, manage, and evaluate the progress of projects
* Deliver high quality services within agreed budgets
* Accountable for delivering across all phases of the project lifecycle through to implementation
* Ensure effective risk management processes and procedures are in place, actively managed, robustly monitored, reported on and any improvements implemented

In order to be the successful Project Manager and have a chance to gain such an exciting opportunity you will ideally need to have the following:

* Project Management qualification e.g. Prince 2, MS Project
* Extensive project management experience
* Experience of managing suppliers and senior Management stakeholders
* Proven ability to deliver complex projects in a change environment
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent analytical skills
* Excellent non-verbal communication skills including effective report writing
* Excellent presentation skills
* Ability to accommodate a wide and complex range of issues under pressure
* An effective leader and people manager
* Adaptable and flexible
* Strong motivational, negotiation and influencing skills
* Experience of managing and monitoring budgets
* Ability to work on own initiative
